All granite counter tops that surround low and high bar areas. 2 separate sinks with disposals. Bamboo floors. A gourmet's joy and also a happy kitchen for the person on the go with a cup of coffee. The kitchen is spacious and never leaves the chef out of the fun or conversation.

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Master suite with fireplace, 31" mounted Sony HDTV, foyer with kitchenette (sink/disposal, refrigerator, dishes, glassware and flatware). Mediterranean-style deck for morning coffee, master closet which walks around to 3rd bedroom/office, Master bathroom--14x14 with steam room, deep tub spa, 2 shower heads, 1 handheld, Thermasol Ambiance music and lighting (bring your iPod for music). Views from shower of Hollywood Hills, Griffith Park and Universal City. Stunning!

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). 3rd bedroom/office - Sunset views; no personal bathroom. Must go downstairs or to master bathroom. Bed is new with bamboo head/foot boards as well as floors. Off this bedroom is a glass door which leads outside to a fabulous sun room with ceiling fan, couch, chair and airy drapes catching the slightest breeze. Great place to nap!

The upscale property is located in the most beautiful residential area in the Burbank foothills and goes up into the Verdugo Mountains where the golfing and hiking is amazing. The home is garden oriented and surrounded by 8 ft. fences and walls, making it private to street and neighbors. Avocado, Lemon, Ficus, and Hybiscus trees, interspersed with bouganvilla, is the view from the main house out to the pool and spa. The 2nd Floor has beautiful views from every window, balcony and deck. North and east is the Verdugo Mountains, South and West is the Hollywood Hills, Griffith Park and Universal City Views. The first floor has the view of the gardens and tree-lined street.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express Security Deposit Per Person - $250 (refundable). At the time of booking and upon receipt of rental information sheet which will have your personal information on it, half of the entire amount is charged to your credit card. Thirty (30) days prior to your occupancy, the 2nd half of the entire amount of your booking is charged to your credit card. Cancellations: 50% of your entire booking amount is non-refundable up to 30 days prior to your occupancy; After 30 days, 100% of the entire amount is non-refundable. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 75lbs (34kg) in size. A deposit of 250.00 (refundable) will apply. A fee of $15 per night will apply. • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. • Pool heat is included in rates. |
