Sun Peaks Chalet home

Bring your friends, family and pets out to enjoy a relaxing getaway in this comfortable three level half duplex. This home is situated in a quiet neighborhood across the creek from the base of the Burfield Chair. With four bedrooms plus a loft this spacious home can easily accommodate 11 guests. Full kitchen including dishwasher opens onto a large eating area and living room that features a TV, VCR and DVD player as well as wood burning stove. We are only a short distance from the action in the village and on the ski hill.

Unit features new roof, stainless steel fridge and stove.

Deck is brand new with 8 foot privacy panel. Side deck has been rebuilt and the front of the unit has been dressed up. Upstairs has new flooring and has been repainted. Staircase sports a new oak and iron railing.
