While you vacation at this house you’re free to have exclusive use of all the home has to offer. There is a separate self-contained hosts' suite in the basement, permitting the hosts to offer you additional complimentary concierge services, if desired. These would include assistance with tourist information and directions, dining and other reservations as well as drop-off at train and public transport stations .

Payment Details
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required.

Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Cash To obtain a refund of your deposit (less a 10% administration fee), cancellations must be via e-mail to us no later than 2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival Rates are listed in Canadian Dollars and are inclusive of all taxes. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
