All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 20. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 150 will apply. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 70. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
