1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). The Lavender Suite is the master bedroom and features a Princess & the Pea style antique brass bed with french doors opening onto the verandah and lavender garden.
Enjoy the comfort of a private ensuite with original pedestal basin, claw foot bath, walk in dressing room and separate shower room.
The Lavender Suite is a wonderful place to wake up in the morning, filled with light and space.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Named after Georgiana Molloy, a young English woman who became one of the first settlers in the area and WA's first female botanist, the Georgiana Room has a pretty view over the verandah and lavender garden.
An atmosphere of simplicity and freshness abounds in the Georgiana Room, with a sense of how Georgiana herself might have whiled away her hours.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Painted in dark red with antique gilt French wall sconces, the Darcy Room is much like its namesake - dark and brooding.
Located at the top of the staircase with views over the neaby wetlands, nothing could be cosier than waking up in the Darcy Room away from the hustle and bustle of the living areas downstairs.
The dark red walls, angled ceilings and mysterious door leading to the attic give a sense of mystery and magic to the room.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). The sweetest room in the house, the Elizabeth Room is tucked away at the end of the house with pretty views from its two small windows.
Featuring a delightful Victorian half tester bed with filmy net curtains and canopy, antique dressing table and armchair you will sleep like an princess (or prince) in the Elizabeth Room.
The Elizabeth Room is your own little retreat away from the rest of the house, just perfect for all the romantic Miss Bennet's out there!.
2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). Light and bright with splashes of sunny yellow, the Dormer Room has the loveliest views overlooking the garden and wetlands from its pretty dormer window.
The Dormer Room is the only twin room and features a pair of antique Scandinavian twin beds.
With high wooden side surrounding the mattresses you will feel like you are floating in a boat - and have sweet dreams to match.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet and one basin.
The three upstairs bedrooms feature scenic views overlooking the estuary and wetlands in Busselton.
The downstairs bedrooms and living areas feature pretty view overlooking cottage gardens of lavender, roses and manicured lawns.
• Busselton Airport is within a 20 minute(s) drive. Fly from Perth (the capital city of Western Australia) to Busselton Airport with Skywest in only 30 minutes. Alternatively, Busselton is a comfortable 2.5 hour drive from Perth.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. South West Coachlines travels between Perth and Busselton 3 times a day. South West Coachlines also travels from Busselton to nearby tourist destinations of Dunsborough, Margaret River and Augusta several times per day.

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of TBA.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
