Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 3.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
