1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom features a beautiful, custom built bed. This room looks out over the ocean - the sun will greet you in the morning, flooding the room with light and inviting you to step out onto the small balcony. 2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). This room looks to the back of the condo, just beyond the parking area towards to the ocean.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet and one basin.

This unit has a 180 degree of the Bay of Cabarete. The roof sundecks only obstruction of view, if you can call it that, is the palm tree tops waving in the gentle breeze. The living room looks out to sea and tropical gardens. It features a garden terrace. The master bedroom features a truly astonishing view of the ocean, with nothing but clear blue water for miles and a small balcony.

A 'complex' is either a condo, walled community, lodge, apartment or townhouse development.

• Gregorio Luperon Puerto Plata Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive. The distance to the nearest International Airport is approximately 30 minutes. The short name for the airport is POP - Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. The next airport in Santiago is about 1 1/2 hour drive and the Las Americas International Airport in Santo Domingo is approximately 4 hours away. Pick up can be arranged from all of these. Please check with owner for applicable rates at the time of booking.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby. A vehicle / taxi is required if you wish to take your own clubs to our local golf course (9 hole) situated at "Costa Azul" residential complex. Nice for practice shots, a little something, but don't set your expectations to high. It is a small course. The Playa Grande Robert Trent Jones designed 18 hole golf course requires a vehicle for the 1.5 hour drive along the coast. It is a truly breathtaking course set on the cliffs. Playa Dorada, designed by R.T. Jones as well, is another 18 hole course about a 1 hour drive towards Puerto Plata.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A small convenience store is a 2 minute walk away. The larger shopping and dining areas are about a 10 minute walk but local transportation or a taxi is always available. There are several restaurants less than 10 minutes away, however, the center of town with beach restaurants and bars is about 10 + minutes. At night time, taxis can be arranged at the reception desk. There are some Supermarkets in town, but a large center is in Sosua town, which is a 15 minute drive away.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The complex is on the ocean only a few steps to the water. A unique combination of winds (trade winds), tranquil waters, fine weather, and beautiful scenery are making Cabarete world famous as an International wind surfing and kite-boarding destination. International championships for both activities have been held on the beach. A surfing beach, "Encuentro", is a short drive away. It offers good early morning surf conditions. Equipment can be rented in some of the many schools in town or you can bring your own. If you have some experience, launch off right in front of the property.
• Nearby Attractions: Kite Beach is 5 minutes to the right, but experienced kite or wind surfers can launch right in front of the property.

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. You will receive a 25% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.

A 4.5% surcharge applies to credit card payments. No credit card payments will be accepted on discounted rates. We accept cashiers cheques drawn to a US bank or for Canadian clients, the Bank of Nova Scotia / Scotia Bank (Not Royal Bank, TD Bank or Postal Office).

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $ 5 US.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
