These apartments are quite new , and have been finished to a very high standard. With Multi jet showers to each bathroom , a large living / dining area (with Cable and DVD player) and private balcony. The private complex can only be entered by a very hi-tech finger print recognition door, which keep s the complex even more private.
It may be private and quiet but within a 3 minute walk you can be in the centre of town , or at the main beach, Cabarete Bay.
The residents only swimming pool , is private and peaceful and gets great sun all day.

    • Puerto Plata Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. You can hire a car or it is approx $35 in a taxi. there are also buses , but they can be busy.
    • Transit: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Bus.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). You will find a lot of local boutiques, surf shops , cafes and restaurants within just a few minutes of the apartment. The beach restaurants are highly recommended and although more expensive than the roadside restaurants , still very good value for great food.
    • Beach is located within a 3 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Cabarete Bay is a vibrant beach with bars , water sports and clean water. It is miles long so you can go to the busy or quiet areas depending on your tastes Beach Equipment: Canoe, Powerboat, Rentals Nearby, Row Boat, Sailboat and Windsurfer.
    • Nearby Attractions: Close to the Apartments you have A large choice of Water sports from Kite surfing to Body boarding. There are dance classes to learn the local dancing "Merengue". There are plenty of tours from mountain cable cars , to whale watching , Absailing , Bike riding , Boat trips , Water parks , Ocean world , Casino's. The list is endless really.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    For deposits , I prefer direct bank transfer , or PayPal payment. Any balances can be paid at the apartment reception by cash or card.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 2.
    • Check in after 8:00 AM and check out before 6:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
