It is located seconds from the beach which is front-row center for adventures in kite-boarding, wind-surfing, and small-boat sailing. The beach is great fun for the kids and is wonderful for a relaxing.

Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 9:00 AM and check out before 5:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
