Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The bedroom is air conditioned (new one). Has great view of the sea from the large bedroom windows. The large Queen Size bed is very comfortable. Has Antique wicker furniture such as a wicker commode with drawers and a mirror. Nice size closet and dresser.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.

View

There are wonderful spectacular views of the Sea from the balcony and from the bedroom windows. You can hear the sea from each room it is so close. There is a beautiful Almond tree next to the condo as well and Gardens of the complex right around the condo.

Great balcony with incredible views of the sea. It’s a much more affordable way to vacation in Paradise compared to prices of other Caribbean Islands.

• Transit: can be reached by walking for 4 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. You can take a Taxi or a bus to the main beach in Cabarete and for shopping for groceries, pharmacies etc. The distance is about a 5 minute ride.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). If walk along the beach in front of the condo about 5 minutes there are two hotels right on the beach where you can get breakfast lunch and dinner as buffet. The price is very reasonable and the food is excellent. If you would like to shop for groceries in the center of town then you would take a bus or a taxi about 5 minute ride to the heart of the town. Pharmacies can be bought there too.
• Ocean is located within a 2 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The Condo is right on Cabarete Beach, how ever it is about 5 minutes by car to the heart of the town and the more commercial beach. The sports that are most popular there are: Windsurfing Kayaking, Sailing, Boating, Para sailing, Jet Skiing, Shelling, Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, Surfing, Fishing, There is a beautiful beach right in front of the Condo also. Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 18 years old.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15.00 per session.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
