Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of US$20.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
