For stays beyond 7 nights we grant a 10% discount starting from the 8th night.
Children under the age of 14 stay free of charge, we are able to arrange crib rentals for $5.00USD.

Airport transfer service costs POP (Puerto Plata) $35USD.

You will be able to rent security safes and the resort provides laundry, ($3USD per load), and babysitting services.

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom features a beautiful custom built oversized king bed, it is especially suitable for tall people. This room is facing the beautiful gardens and has ocean-view 1 Queen Bed and 1 Single/Twin Bed. This room has a bay window that offers a view of the ocean.

Bathroom 1 has toilet and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has shower and no basin.

The living room opens to the tropical garden and it features a garden terrace. The master bedroom features an ocean view and faces the tropical garden with its lush vegetations. The second bedroom views another building in the back, but the bay window offers ocean view.

A 'complex' is either a condo, walled community, lodge, apartment or townhouse development.

Owner Direct Unit 20199 is located just steps away towards the beach in the next building - the distance is about 80 meters.

• The distance to the nearest International Airport is approx. 30 minutes. The short for the airport is POP - Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. The next airport in Santiago is about 1 1/2 hour drive and the Las Americas International airport in Santo Domingo approx. 4 hours. We can arrange pick up from all of these. Please check for applicable rates at the time of booking. The current rates are: Puerto Plata airport to Cabarete 25US$ one way. Santiago airport to Cabarete 75US$ one way. Santo Domingo airport to Cabarete 135 US$ one way.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). A vehicle/taxi is required if you wish to take your own clubs to our local golf course (9 hole) situated at "Costa Azul" residencial complex. Nice for practice shots, a little something, but don't set your expectations to high. It is a small course. The Playa Grande Robert Trent Jones designed 18 hole golf course requires a vehicle for the 1.5 hour drive a long the coast. It is a truly breathtaking course set on the cliffs. Playa Dorada, designed by R.T.Jones as well, is another 18 hole course about 1 hour drive towards Puerto Plata.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A small convenience store is a 2 minute walk away. The larger shopping and dining areas are about 10 minutes to walk but local transportation or a taxi is always available. Dining: some restaurants are less than 10 minutes away, however the center of town with beach restaurants and bars is about 10 + minutes. At night time taxis can be arranged at the reception desk. Shopping Centers: there are some supermarkets in town, a large center is in Sosua town which is a 15 minute drive away.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The complex is on the ocean only a few steps to the water. You swim in the ocean or in our swimming pool. The beach is called Bay of Cabarete, but it is still the ocean. A unique combination of winds (trade winds), tranquil waters, fine weather and beautiful scenery are making Cabarete world famous as an international windsurfing and kiteboarding destination. International Championships for both activities have been held on the Beach. A surfing beach, "Encuentro", is a short drive away. It offers good early morning surf conditions. Equipment can be rented in some of the many schools in town or you can bring your own. If you have some experience, launch off right in front of the property.

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. You will receive a 25% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 5 $ /day.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
