Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed. This bedroom features a beautiful custom built queen-sized bed and the 2nd TV is in this room. This room looks out over the ocean - the sun will greet you in the morning flooding the room with light and invites you to step out onto the small balcony.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed. This room overlooks a residential area with palm trees, you can catch a glimpse of the ocean as well. Beautiful art by local artist adorns the wall.

Bathroom 1 has toilet and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 3 has shower.

This unit has a 180 degree of the Bay of Cabarete. The roof sundecks only obstruction of view, if you can call it that, is the palm tree tops waving in the gentle breeze. Take an outside shower to greet the day while being surrounded by the sound of singing and humming birds. The living room overlooks a tropical garden and it features a garden terrace. The kitchen has a ground floor patio pointing to the neighboring residential project. The master bedroom features a truly astonishing view of the ocean, with nothing but clear blue water for miles and a small balcony.

Complimentary drinks upon arrival. Beers & cokes! Let us know if you don't drink alcohol, we will substitute. A Dominican cook can be arranged for your stay; inquire directly about cost and your eating preferences. We are able to arrange crib rentals for $5.00 USD. You will be able to rent a safe, the safe is large enough to hold a lap top up to 15 inches. It is located in the master bedroom. Please obtain the key from the office. The resort provides laundry, ($3USD per load), and babysitting services. Please speak to the Owner directly regarding any of these extra services.

Distances

• Puerto Plata International Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive. The distance to the nearest International Airport is approx. 30 minutes. The short for the airport is POP - Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. The next airport in Santiago is about 1 1/2 hour drive and the Las Americas International Airport in Santo Domingo approx. 4 hours. Pick up can be arranged from all of these. Please check with owner for applicable rates at the time of booking. The current(2008) rates are: Puerto Plata airport to Cabarete 35 US$ one way: Santiago airport to Cabarete 90 US$ one way: Santo Domingo airport o Cabarete 200 US$ one way.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby. The Playa Grande Robert Trent Jones designed 18 hole golf course requires a vehicle for the 1.5 hour drive a long the coast. It is a truly breathtaking course set on the cliffs. Playa Dorada, designed by R.T. Jones as well, is another 18 hole course about 1 hour drive towards Puerto Plata.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A small convenience store is a 2 minute walk away. The larger shopping and dining areas are about 10 minutes to walk to but local transportation or a taxi is always available. Dining: some restaurants are less than 10 minutes away, however the center of town with beach restaurants and bars is about 10 + minutes. At night time taxis can be arranged at the reception desk. Shopping Centers: there are some supermarkets in town, and a large center is in Sosua town which is a 15 minute drive away.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The complex is on the ocean only a few steps to the water. A unique combination of winds (trade winds), tranquil waters, fine weather, and beautiful scenery are making Cabarete world famous as an international windsurfing and kite-boarding destination. International championships for both activities have been held on the beach. A surfing beach, "Encuentro", is a short drive away. It offers good early morning surf conditions. Equipment can be rented in some of the many schools in town or you can bring your own. If you have some experience, launch off right in front of the property.
• Nearby Attractions: Gym (new in 2008) at KiteExcite Hotel 15 minute walk along the beach or 5 minute drive

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. You will receive a 25% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
The deposit of 25% cannot be paid by credit card, please forward a check in US$ drawn to a US Bank. For non- US citizens wire transfers. Please contact for details. The balance can paid by credit card upon arrival, a 4.5% surcharge applies to credit card payments. Thank you. ABSOLUTELY NO MONEY ORDERS AND NO CANADIAN CHECKS.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5 and children under 14 years old stay free.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
