    Master Bedroom
    1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The Master Bedroom is open and spacious with a large window and window seat overlooking the tropical garden and swimming pool. Air Conditioning in the bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The bed frame is handcrafted by local artisans and made from solid Oak. A large closet for hanging and folded clothes.

    View from Master Bedroom - large window overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Living room features a very large sliding glass door that opens up to the patio and the garden, full of grassy areas and tropical plants. Kitchen and Guest Bedroom look out onto a small grassy section of yard, the coralina stone wall surrounding the property and the green plants and trees behind the wall.

    Full sized American style washing machine and dryer. Air conditioning in the living room, kitchen and in both bedrooms. Deck opens to the tropical gardens and swimming pool area and features a 4 person dining table and an oversized bench for reading or relaxing. The swimming pool is large and has an unique shape, like a four leaf clover. Next to the pool is a covered cabana style meeting area with some seating. There are lounge chairs for sunning by the pool. All guests can try a free introduction to kiteboarding lesson from the Kiteboarding School located in the Beach Club.

    • Puerto Plata International Airport (airpode code POP) is located 25 minutes away and the cost for transfer is 60 USD round trip. Santiago Airport (airport code STI)is 1.5 hours away. Santo Domingo Airport (airport code SDQ) is more than 4 hours away.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There is a small golf course and driving range located 10 minutes away. 40 minutes away is the world class course of Playa Grande, located on top of stunning cliffs overlooking the sparkling sea.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Within 2 minutes walk is the beach club where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking Cabarete Bay. Inside the beach club is also the Kiteboarding Shop and Lesson Center where some beach clothes and products are available. Within a 5 minute walk are many more Dominican and International resturants, a grocery store, a pharmacy, and a gas station open 24 hours. Within a 10 minute walk by beach is the village of Cabarete where you can dine under the palm trees and stars with your toes in the sand and dance the night away!
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Located inside the Oceanfront development of Ocean Dream, you have direct private access to the beach, a walk measured in seconds, not minutes! Rental of this home includes a free introduction to kiteboarding lesson (about 45 minutes on the beach with a trainer kite, anyone can try it!), use of the boogie boards and 2 single kayaks at the beach club. There is also an opporunity to join in Ultimate Frisbee games on the beach in the mornings.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
