    When sitting in the living room and the deck, you are only 40 feet from the beach. See the photo of the view from the deck. You definitely know you are at the beach. The beach in front of the property is controlled by the condo project and very clean with free use of the chaise lounges.

The current taxi rates (2006) are: Puerto Plata airport to Cabarete $25 US one way: Santiago Airport to Cabarete $75 US one way.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
    • Ocean is located within a 1 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby, Sailboat and Windsurfer.
    • Nearby Attractions: Golf can be reached by driving for 10 minutes. A vehicle/taxi is required if you wish to take your own clubs to the local golf course (9 hole) situated at "Costa Azul" residential complex. Nice for practice shots, but don''t set your expectations to high. It is a small course. The Playa Grande Robert Trent Jones designed 18 hole golf course is an hour drive along the coast. It is a truly breathtaking course setting on bluff over looking the ocean. Playa Dorada, designed by R.T. Jones as well, is another 18 hole course about 45 minute drive towards Puerto Plata.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 12 years old stay free. A Crib can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
