30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union

- Smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $10.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
