Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Cash - Western Union
Can pay by credit cards on PAYPAL website only.

Policies

Smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed and children under 12 years old stay free.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15.00.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
