50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, payments (less 40%) are refunded - full refund if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $10/day will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
