50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union
The damage deposit will vary for monthly rentals, depending on length of stay.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 8 years old.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $10 per cleaning.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
