Sea View Apartment offers, for the enjoyment of all its residents, a spacious temperature controlled swimming pool overseeing the adjacent wooded area, gazebo, weight room and gym, and a basketball court. On the back side of the apartment it also has a view of the Mayaguez Bahia. Each resident is entitled to two reserved parking spaces. All of this enclosed within the Sea View Apartment gated complex with monitored access.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Just minutes from the best seafood restaurants in Puerto Rico Joyuda Town. Mayaguez Shopping Mall is 10 miles from the apartment complex.
• You can walk to the beach or drive to nearby beautiful swimming in crystal clear water at the beaches in Boqueron (3 miles).
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
40% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
Deposit refundable 100% if cancellation occurs 6 months before rental date. $50.00 per week cancellation fee if cancellation occurs 3-6 months before rental date. $200 per week cancellation fee if cancellation occurs 1-3 months before rental date. No refund 30 days prior to rental date.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
