Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of full refund may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
