The views from our unit and 400 sq.ft.deck look at the Sea Of Cortez, Pacific Ocean, The arches at "lands end", the most expensive marina in the world, the city lights as well as the mountains. The view can not be beat.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
We accept arrival on any available day and have no min stay at this time.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $60.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
