Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
