• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 5 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). Although Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo are a short drive from the condo, this unit is located within the Casa del Mar Golf Resort and Spa so there are onsite restaurants as well as other nearby resorts (Las Ventanas is next door, the Hilton) which offer dining that are also within walking distance.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: daily rental charge for crib/highchair.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30 per visit.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
