Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 25.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
