Master Bedroom
1 King Bed. Glass sliding doors lead to private deck and a spectacular Pacific ocean view. Large marble ensuite bathroom with double sinks, toilet and unique circular marble tiled shower for 2 with glass block lighting to outdoors. Large mirrored closet with custom built-in drawers and shelving. Authentic Mexican furniture, ceiling fans, dimmer lights, Palm plant and a California King size bed.

1 King Bed. The second Master bedroom has a view of the pool, TV with VCR, sofa's, unique headboard featuring authentic Mexican rock, and ample closet space with custom built in shelves & drawers. A large private ensuite bathroom with marble counter tops and large tiled shower completes this master bedroom.

1 Queen Bed and 2 Single/Twin Beds. This large 3rd bedroom can accomodate up to 4 people, with a queen bed and 2 bunk beds. Includes a large mirrored closet facility with custom built-in shelves and drawers, tiled floors, and 2 windows looking out to tropical landscaping. Authentic mexican furnishings.

The home is built in the exclusive Peregal community on a ocean cliffside, or what locals call "Land's End" of the Baja Peninsula.
Unobstructed views of the crystal blue Sea of Cortez and Pacific Ocean, an unbroken stretch of Pacific beach and white sand, and tropical vegetation make for award winning photos of the views.
Almost every room in the home looks to the ocean view. The BBQ Palapa patio area looks out over a grassy lawn to the ocean.
The backyard view is of the canterra staircase rising up to the ancient wooden Mexican doors, and pathway to the very privately fenced and landscaped pool area, complete with a 2nd Palapa patio area.

One Palapa patio area is next to the private and fenced swimming pool area surrounded by tropical vegetation, the other Palapa patio leads out from the kitchen with spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. It has an outdoor gas bbq grill, kitchen sink, eating bar with stools and patio table for 6. Saltillo tile floors throughout, granite counter tops, Canterra entry and stairs, marble baths. High vaulted ceiling in living room, windows let in the Pacific ocean view to almost every room in the house.

Payments and Policies• 40 minute drive from San Jose Del Cabo airport to Cabo San Lucas
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The drive to the nearest shopping and dining is less than 1 hour • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Five minutes to the beach. Fantastic private beach stretching for a 1/2 mile exclusive to Pedregal properties. It is a 5 minute walk from the home to the beach. Great for walking, photos, great ocean wave action and tides for photo buffs. No swimming at the private beach due to surf and riptide, however the beaches in Cabo San Lucas (5 minute drive away) are perfect for swimming, boating, etc.
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 50%) are refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
