The master bedroom features a king bed, an outdoor lounging area with shaded palapa and two lounge chairs, Casablanca ceiling fan and a separate private marble bathroom with tub/shower. 2 Single/Twin Beds. The second bedroom features two single beds and is on the upper floor and features incredible pacific ocean views with a balcony overlooking the patio and pool area. All bedrooms have Casablanca ceiling fans and separate private marble bathrooms with shower. 2 Single/Twin Beds. The third bedroom features two single beds and is on the upper floor and features incredible pacific ocean views with a balcony overlooking the patio and pool area. All bedrooms have Casablanca ceiling fans and separate private marble bathrooms with shower. 1 Queen Bed and 1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. The fourth bedroom is private and located on the main level with a queen size bed and a queen size sofa bed. All bedrooms have Casablanca ceiling fan and separate private marble bathrooms with shower. 1 King Bed, 1 Double Bed and 1 Single/Twin Bed. The fifth bedroom is a separate family suite with a king size bed and a bunk bed with a double and a single bed. • From the Cabo San Lucas airport follow signs to Cabo San Lucas for about 30 minutes and watch for downtown. Go through town follow bend to left at Lobster Tacos and continue to circle and make left for another two blocks and turn right into Pedregal. At guard gate mention where you are staying (details will be sent to you after the booking has been made) and for $5. they may escort you... or continue up the hill past stop sign and bear left following main road, follow red one way arrow at first left and bear left and continue up the road (one-way) to the big rock in the road and make a left. Continue past the great view of harbor and Sea of Cortez (stay to the right) and start to go down the other side and make right on Camino del Pacifico, at bottom of road at T intersection make a right and the villa is the 2nd driveway on the right. Taxis are available and cost about $100. Rentals are available at the airport from most of the major rental companies, book prior to arrival.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). One of the world’s premier golf destinations: There are several world-class courses along the coast of Los Cabos. All have beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez and surrounding mountains. Cabo del Sol and Pamilla Golf Club were both designed by Jack Nicklaus, Cabo Real Golf Course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., and The Raven (Cabo San Lucas Country Club) was designed by Pete Dye.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The villa is only a short 20 minute walk or 5 minute ride downhill, taxi's will charge about $1.00 per person each way (negotiable). It is worth it to get the taxi back uphill to the villa.
• A private road winds down the hill two blocks to miles of private beach and incredible Pacific ocean views. A private road winds down the hill two blocks to miles of private beach. It is great to walk on, surf-casting and whale-watching at this beach but swimming is not recommended in the Pacific in this area. Only a 5 minute ride on the other side of the harbor is Medano Beach and the Sea of Cortez where the water is crystal clear and usually warm, there are many restaurants and safe swimming, tanning, and activities such as snorkeling, jet-skis, para-gliding, and water taxi to Lovers' Beach.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
