Beautiful unique vacation home built in 2001 with ocean views of the Sea of Cortez. Swimming pool is heated. Newly painted inside and out (2004). Beautiful landscaped yard.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Cabo Real Trent Jones Golf Course within 1 mile of house.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The house is located in the middle of the tourist corridor about 3 blocks behind the Glass Factory in the El Tule neighborhood. Approximately 15 minutes from San Jose or Cabo San Lucas. Bus service is available within a 3 block walk.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is rocky. Sea of Cortez view from front of vacation rental and pool. 1/4 mile walk down arroyo (dry river bed) to rocky beach. Beach primarily used for surfing. High tide area. Beautiful deserted rocky beach area. All beach towels, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards at home in garage available to renters. Chilleno beach less than 1 mile down road.
All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required for long stays. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 30.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
