• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Downtown Cabo San Lucas is a quick 5 minute drive away. Parking is easy to find. Costco is also nearby.....just 3 minutes away.
• Beach surface is fine sand. Gorgeous view of Cabo's famous arch. Water view from any room in the villa. Beach is only a short 5 minute walk away. Very private and almost always empty. Small covered palapa's on beach for shade. Great for swimming or snorkeling. Beach chairs, towels and snorkel gear are provided.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 15 or more days prior.
