• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The drive to the nearest golf course is less than 20 minutes
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The complex is a 5 minutes walk to downtown where you will find shopping, dining and night life. Renting a Car is optional. Restaurant Bar, Beauty Salon & Day Spa, Jacuzzi, Market & Internet Cafe, Laundry & Dry cleaning,Clubhouse, Concierge, 24 hours Security on site.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. One block away from the Medano Beach You will find all kind of activities.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. You will receive a 50% credit on a future booking if you cancel 45 or more days prior.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 45.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
