The Villa has 10-12 foot ceilings throughout, numerous terraces and rooms with views and linens which were imported and are of the highest quality.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $20.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
