Overlooking the pool and garden areas of Marina Sol. The master bedroom features a king size bed plus TV and has an adjoining 3 piece bath. The living room has a sofa bed and is furnished very nice. Kitchen is large and has all the appliances required to prepare a gourmet meal, there is also BBQ on the private terrace. This is a beautiful 1 bedroom condo that is very well maintained.

    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. One block away from the Medano Beach You will find all kind of activities.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30.00 per cleaning.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
