If you are interested in visiting the towns nearby like Todos Santos, Cerritos beach, Santa Maria Bay, Chileno Bay, San Jose del Cabo, etc. there are bus rides available. Our concierge will gladly assist you and make the necessary arrangements for you.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The complex is a 5 minutes walk to the beach, the marina and downtown where you will find shopping, dining and night life. Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. You will receive a 50% credit on a future booking if you cancel 45 or more days prior.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25.00 .
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
