A unique new (2007) home overlooking the beautiful blue Pacific ocean, enjoying outstanding 180 degree views. Shower in the whimsical "Shower Tower" illuminated by a crystal chandelier. An easy few minutes walk to Pedregal beach. Watch the whales migrate in season (Jan. through April) Enjoy a walk on the Pedregal cobble stone streets and the unique local architecture reminiscent of a village in Spain. The villa interior consists of beautiful marble floors throughout with 14 ft high ceilings offering a wonderful Mediterranean atmosphere. A car rental is recommended.

    Please note we do not accept any liability for any physical accidents which may occur to our guests while residing at the Villa. Any damages to the property by our guests should be immediately reported to our property manager.

    • Los Cabos Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. San Jose del Cabo.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Walking to Downtown Cabo is a bit of a hike, about 30 minutes but an incredibly beautiful walk. It would be best if you are reasonably fit.
    • Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Swimming is not recommended most of the year unless you are a very strong swimmer. A very strong undertow is prevalent.
    • Nearby Attractions: Todos Santos Artists community Location of The Hotel California, said to be the inspiration for the Musical group "The Eagles" A 60 minute drive or less. San Jose del Cabo, a lovely downtown , "Old Mexico". A 45 minute Drive. Deep sea fishing, inquire around the Marina area.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 75lbs (34kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
