The second bedroom has two single beds. There is also a pull out sofa in the living area. This unit was completely remodeled (2005).

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    Payments with credit card apply a 3% surcharge fee
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30.00 per cleaning .
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
