Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. You will receive a 50% credit on a future booking if you cancel 45 or more days prior.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: free.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30.00 per cleaning .
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
