Standing less than 20m from the sea shore and soft sand beach of Cadaques, a Catalan family home, 'L'Oida' (meaning 'Welcome' in this area) has taken 3 years to be lovingly restored and totally modernised. The large, picture windows of the living/dining room look onto the small courtyard (shared entrance with the owner) with trailing bougainvillea and stone seats, and at the fishing boats bobbing gently in the bay. The local fish restaurants, bars and shops are only a 5-minute walk. From the living/dining area and the kitchen are three double patio doors leading onto a covered terrace and swimming pool with table, chairs and sun loungers. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
