Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Monthly vacation rental is for 30 days minimum. Rate is $7000 per month, Available june, july or august.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Annual booking requires first month and last month down. Then monthly rents due on the 1st.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000.00 USD is due on arrival.
