Cosy and peaceful country house situated in the hills of the Apennine mountains of the Marche region on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. Extensive and relaxing views of the countryside and the woods. Very peaceful position. The house is surrounded by an equipped lawn where you will also find a swimming pool (14x6.5). Access to the property along 1 km of dirt track road in good condition. It is possible to go for walks.
Parking. DISTANCES: 8 km from the town of Pole (supermarket), 18 km Acqualagna, 25 km the city of Urbino, one of the most important cities in the March region, 50 km Gubbio (Umbria) and Fano (important bathing resort on the Adriatic coast with large sandy beaches).
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: large living dining room consisting of three rooms: a living room (satellite TV), a dining room and a kitchen with direct access also from outside characterized by a large built-in counter (oven, freezer, dishwasher). Covered terrace (25 m2) with dining table, 1 WC (washbasin, washing machine). 1st fl.: entrance with access also from outside, 2 large double bedrooms with 2 additional sleeping spaces on bunk beds and bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms each with an additional bed and bathroom with shower. Comfortable rustic style furnishings. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
