Ancient countryside house that has been completely restored (300 m2) and is situated on a hillside from where you can enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside. Peaceful position. 20 ha of grounds with some jogging paths. Swimming pool (12x6) with saline treatment, outdoor shower, equipped sun-trap terrace and pretty view of the hills. In the loggia: laundry room (washing machine). Equipped gazebo, barbecue. Parking. Going up 2 stairs from the living room: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: hallway lounge with old-fashioned fireplace, 1 double bedroom with an additional 3rd bed, 1 small bathroom (no bidet), 4 double bedrooms one of which with 1 bathroom with bath, 2 bathrooms with shower. baby bed and highchair available. Comfortable furniture. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
