Charming, Private Semidetached Villa Located on a Hill Facing the Sea
The gate entrance is only shared with the other part of the villa, remaining totally independent. The house has a beautiful panoramic veranda which has the view of the sea, the bay of Torre delle Stelle and the private swimming pool.
The access to the swimming pool area is through stone stairs. The villa is built in two levels. First floor: from the veranda you enter the living area, separate kitchen and one small bedroom. Second floor: one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms (can be made into 1 double bed) and another double bedroom with view on the sea. One shower bathroom.
