Beautiful Villa near the Beach
Semidetached villa with independent entrance and private garden. Located in the Kale e Moru part of Quartu S. Elena, on the south eastern coast at around 30 KM from Cagliari.
Living room with fireplace opens onto a spacious terrace with BBQ; separated kitchen with dishwasher, 1 double room with ensuite shower bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a shower bathroom. There is a fourth bedroom (bunk beds) with ensuite shower bathroom and with separated entrance (from the back terrace), and also another room with wc and washing machine
A nice path in front of the villa of around 200 m. Through the village leads to the white sandy beach. Ideal for families with children.
!! August minimum stay: two weeks !!
