There is a fourth bedroom (bunk beds) with ensuite shower bathroom and with separated entrance (from the back terrace), and also another room with wc and washing machine
A nice path in front of the villa of around 200 m. through the village leads to the white sandy beach. Ideal for families with children.

• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 25/week each.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 5 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
