• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a moorage float/anchor. Unit is just steps away from the ocean. Good walking beach half hour to mouth of river. Good swimming - patrolled beach. Fishing from beach, rocks, and marina.
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

If guest does not have a credit card, a deposit of 25% is required and photo I.D. is requested.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $20 each.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
