• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Half Moon Bay Golf Course is a challenging 18 hole course - and a very friendly club. Special green fees for in house guests ($25 for 18 holes). Buggies, clubs etc available for hire. Paradise Palms International Resort Course is 15 minutes drive. Visitors most welcome.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). 4 doors to excellent restaurant and short stroll to several others including Yorkeys Knob Boating and Yacht Club - courtesy bus available. Palmer Kates Steakhouse also provide a courtesy bus.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. This apartment has ocean views from the kitchen, lounge, dining room, and patio. Mooring is available nearby at the Yorkeys Knob Boating & Yacht Club. They have full marina facilities. Excellent kite surfing location.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $20 each.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
