This unit has been completely refurbished - everything is brand new inside. Very tastefully decorated. Excellent location on the beachfront on the ground floor beside the pool.

Ocean views from living room and master bedroom. Small outdoor area with table and chairs and private BBQ - beside the pool. Directly opposite the kite surfing beach.
Air conditioning to both bedrooms. Excellent location on the beachfront, ground floor right beside the pool.

- Cairns Airport is within a 15 minute(s) drive. 15 kilometers (15 minutes drive) to Domestic and International Airport Terminals. Free transfer from airport/rail/coach to apartment for bookings 7 nights and over.
- Transit: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Bus. Buses to Cairns city and Smithfield Shopping Centre.
- Golf: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). There are 8 golf course(s) nearby. Just 2 par fives to Half Moon Bay Golf Course (Yorkeys Knob). 10-15 minutes drive to Paradise Palms (Kewarra Beach), Novotel (Palm Cove) and Cairns courses. 45 minutes to Mirage (Pt Douglas), Links (Pt Douglas), Mossman and Mareeba. Guests receive discounts at some courses.

- The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a moorage float/anchor. Unit is just steps away from the ocean. A good walking beach is half hour to mouth of river. Good swimming - patrolled beach.
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed and children under 2 years old stay free. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $30 week.
- Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
