Our large 4-bedroom corner lot EXECUTIVE villa is situated in the PRESTIGIOUS development of CALABAY PARC The home has 2 en-suites to the master bedrooms, both of which have direct access to our 40' X 25' extended pool deck. Both these rooms, one King, one Queen have luxurious deep mattresses for superb comfort. The other two bedrooms, one Queen and a twin share a third bathroom. The large deck surrounds the pool and is south facing, thus enjoying all day sunshine It contains a large swimming pool and relaxing jaccuzzi, both of which are illuminated at night for that romantic touch in the evening. In the warmer months' you can elect to heat the Jacuzzi without paying for full pool heat. There is also a covered lanai area complete with ceiling fan, which allows you to enjoy luxury AL fresco dining at any time of the day, complete with a magnificent new tiled table and comfortable seating.

The comfortable living area is complete with 2 settees and a stylish chaisse lounge. Multi channeled TV includes Fox soccer and ESPN channels. The dining area seats 8 in comfort, and the kitchen caters for your every need.
