This upscale, newly built home on Calabogie Lake has a full, modern kitchen with a granite top island and all the amenities on the main level. There is also a well equipped, modern kitchenette on the lower level with a breakfast bar, and many counter top appliances. The amenities include a large electric griddle which is perfect for pancakes, many eggs, french toast and more. D/W, full cutlery, dishes, glasses, mugs and more on both levels.

Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Rosewood. Very attractive, large master bedroom with a spacious ensuite and large soaker tub/shower with body jets. Room for the twin roll-away (in walk in closet). Plenty of room for porta crib. Fully furnished and two arm chairs. Large windows provide wonderful views.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). Wildflower. This spacious bedroom has an arm chair, a loveseat and an office center with a desk, and a fax/printer. One night stand, dresser/mirror and armour. Very attractive bedroom set, light pine, french country style. Large windows, great views. Shelves in closet.

Family Room

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). The hide a bed is still like new - in excellent condition. The sofa bed and matching sofa are recent purchases, in excellent condition. Plenty of blankets and pillows for everyone.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

View

Located on Calabogie Lake with panoramic views of the village and the lake. The windows in our newly built home are floor to ceiling and wall to wall on all walls facing the lake for maximum views.

Nearby Units

The lake level (downstairs) unit, Unit ID 37539, sleeps six max. It is fully self contained (please see the unit description) with a private entrance, an inside lock-off door and can be rented separately in the non-winter months. In consideration of our guests, we do not rent the downstairs and upper units separately. Instead, we rent only the lake level unit or the entire home at one time.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $17.50 hr.. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Refund departure clean fee may be provided.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
