This is definitely the best apartment if you want the best view. Suitable up to 5 persons with two double rooms, kitchen room with sofa-bed, bathroom with shower and a huge terrace overlooking the sea, the town and the Eolian Islands.
Out in the terrace can seat up to 12 persons - barbecue - party. This apartment is ideal for a family or for 4 or 5 friends.

Airport
By flight: Lamezia Terme airport is 50 km from Tropea. You can take a train, rent a car right there, or book a transfer from the owner. By Train: The train station is less than 1 km from the residence; we will pick you up for free and help you in renting a car or a scooter.
Shopping and Dining
The drive to shopping and restaurants is less than 2 minutes.
Golf Courses
It's about 25 km from Tropea.
Waterfront and/or Beach
A coarse sand beach, gradual for a short distance is a 20 minute drive/taxi from the property. It takes less than 3 minutes to drive to the beach. Tropea's beaches are full of bars and lidos where you can rent sunbeds, sun chairs, and umbrellas. The very first beach is "Le roccette" which is also the beach you can see from the town terrace. If you have a scooter you'll have no problem in finding a parking on the seaside, but if you have a car it might be a problem in July and August. There's a shuttle bus going up and down continuously from the town to the beaches
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due on arrival.
Payment Methods:
Cash, Direct Bank Deposit, PayPal, Personal Cheque.
