Payments and Policies

Payment Details

4 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
50% of the payment should be transferred to a current account number or by cash, upon reservation. The remaining 50% will be paid at arrival.

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
