The upper floor consists of a twinbed for guest or 2 children and access to a large rooftop terrace overlooking beautiful Mediterranean beaches. The development is sheltered from noise by a nice little pinewood forest. Walking distance to restaurants and shops in Calahonda.

If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is due on arrival.

Children of all ages are allowed.
There is no specific quiet time policy though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
