• 40 minute drive from the international airport of Málaga and from the train station which connects Málaga to Madrid, Sevilla, and other Spanish cities.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The golf course La Siesta is within walking distance from the apartment. Other nearby golf courses within a drive of less than 5 minutes are: Cabopino golf, Artola golf, Miraflores golf, Green Golf Elviria, La Cala Golf resort, La Noria Cala Mijas and within a 10 minute drive: the international golf courses of Marbella Golf, known as Los Monteros, Santa Clara, Rio Real.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). 3 hour drive to the highest peak in the Iberian Peninsula, the sky resort of Sierra Nevada, which is known to be one of the best in Europe. Sunny days are frequent.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The walking distance to different supermarkets and restaurants is less than 5 minutes. Marbella which offers all the amenities of a big city is a 10 minute drive. Nice beach restaurants offering different types of cuisine within a 5 minute walk.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. From the south terrace overlooking the garden there is a distant view of the sea towards the east. Dock and moorage float/anchor can be provided in Cabopino port which is a 15 minute walking distance from the apartment.
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
